A young girl from Kerry is fighting for her life after being involved in a car accident in Spain.
Louise Lynch, from Radrinagh, Spa, Killarney, Co. Kerry, was left with horror injuries following the incident in Badajoz, South West, Spain on February, 24.
The 21-year old suffered serious internal injuries, cranial, abdominal injuries with many fractured bones as a result of the crash.
Now, her distraught family are desperately trying to raise €100,000 to help with the hospital costs.
In a heartfelt statement, her family said: “Louise age 21, is the eldest child to Seamus and Nora Lynch and sister to Marie and James. Louise got injured in a car accident on 24th Feb.”
“She’s teaching English to primary school children over there, after studying her degree in University College, Cork. She’s remains in a critical condition with serious internal injuries, cranial, abdominal injuries with many fractured bones.
“Louise is currently under hospital treatment in Infanta Christina, Badajoz, Spain, in ICU. Her family have all travelled over to Spain to be with her,” they said.
Nora and Seamus have set up an account to help Louise with ongoing expenses with hospital treatment, travel and accommodation costs in Spain.
