Police thanked the public for their help in identifying the three alleged offenders of a racial attack at Wanaka’s Puzzling World.

Three Dunedin men have been arrested after allegedly assaulting and abusing an Australian tourist in a racial attack at Wanaka’s Puzzling World.

The trio allegedly assaulted a man when he intervened in what appeared to be a racially-targeted verbal altercation on January 20, Detective Alan Lee earlier said.

Detective Matthew Jones said two men would appear in the Dunedin District Court on Tuesday, while the third man was scheduled to appear in the Queenstown District Court on Monday.

All had been charged with violence and disorder offences.
